The rapid pace of modern life takes its toll on both the body and the mind in many ways. Many people still do not realize the subtle ways in which their ability to succeed and even cope with today’s demand is being adversely affected by the pressures, we all live under. Diet of most mankind is still grossly inadequate. Lack of exercise is common and the stress of modern day living is reaching epidemic proportion. As a consequence, our body is usually out of balance (physically) and we will not question causes. While doctor help to diagnose any illness. They merely tend to treat the symptoms. The secret to health longevity, energy, the ability to cope is all about balancing-keeping the body stable.

1) The body comprises of a series of systems that inexorably link to each other, if any system is facing an imbalance, it affects the other too

2) The key to good health and wellbeing is balancing these systems; the “solid” organs are the heart, the liver, the spleen, the lungs, and the kidneys.

These are reservoirs for storing energy. The “hollow” oranges the gall bladder, the small intestine, the stomach, the large intestine, the spleen.

The four steps to well being

Step 1. Cleansing.   (You must get rid of all toxins and built up wastes in your body)

Step 2. Balancing.   (Replacement of the toxins with all the resources)

Step 3. Replenishing. (To ensure the utmost resistance)

Step 4. Strengthening. (Your body system back into balance)

Calcium; is very essential because it regulates heart beats muscle tone and nerve stimulation, its deficiency along with age.

Calcium deficiency may cause 109 types of diseases in all the country every year 15000,000 people die due to heart dieses. The main factor is increasing the fat in the blood.

Garlic; many medical material show that garlic is a good thing for anti-cancer ,but the ingredient alicin instead of  garlic itself, is the kind of resisting cancer. In daily life, you can only get the garlic allicin by cutting the garlic into slice, and exposing it in the air for 15 minutes.
