The danger alarm is on and the problem is worsening day by day. The AIDS virus is called HIV which is an acronym for Human Immune Deficiency virus.

So many causes of this disease but homosexuality and poly sex may be major causes. These are not the only causes. Some hereditary disease may be another cause which may be communicated or transferred in very early life. It may be due to blood transfusion; use of reusable syringe which was used on HIV patient. it also may be due to transfer of saliva from one body to another. For one or the other reason, the immune system in the body acquires some deficiency. When the viruses of this disease enter the blood stream the immune system does not act properly and so HIV cannot be knocked out. They make their home within the body and dwell there till the suffering person dies.

Hundreds of researchers are working on HIV killer; they are trying to develop some root of antibiotic medicine to destroy HIV. They are also trying to find out vaccine to nip the evil in the bud. in the meanwhile we must remember all the time that the only medicine that we have at present is the preventive measures.
