A village is the true picture of nature. It reflects our factual culture and social customs. It presents a beyond compare scenic beauty. Atmosphere of the village provide us novelty and freshness all the time. Villages are consisting of simple houses, unpaved roads and slim paths. The villagers lead simple life. The sanitary conditions are not so well in villages. Lush green fields, vast green pastures and green trees are the significant features of village. The life of village is very calm, peaceful and slow. There is no noise and air pollution in villages. The people of village are free of all the tensions, anxiety and artificiality. There is no racket of factories. Villages are just like the paradise. The food is very pure like milk, butter, vegetables and fruits. Men and women work in fields together to improve their cultivation. As they provide all those things which people lack in cities. But there are certain things which the people of villages also are deficient in proper medical aid, schools, colleges, universities, hospitals, amusement parks and electricity. There are no proper arrangements for sanitary. The educational awareness is low. Most of the people are illiterate. Due to which they have to face a lot of problems. There are no appropriate hospitals and clinics available for villagers. The biggest illiteracy in the villages is that they waste their money in stupid kind of customs. Life in a village is a mixed blessing. In spite of having lot demerits it also has some merits. So work should be done to improve the life in a village.
Pakistan is a country where 80% of the population lives in villages. The basic needs of life are not present yet because of disturbed political process and ignorance. The cultivation is done with traditional means and still our villagers are not aware of the modern techniques of farming and seed sowing methodology. The irrigation of lands is done by the canal system, which is not yet so mechanized to provide the required flow of water in different areas. The traditional feudalism is the root cause of prevailing poverty in this country. The land reforms are still not present and a rigid attitude seems to be ruling an agriculture based country. The illiteracy rate is very low and it is the hurdle to bring positive changes in life of villagers.
